It is no disgrace to be a follower. On the contrary, most great leaders begin in the capacity of followers. They became graet leaders because they were intelligent followers. With the exceptions, the man who cannot follow a leader intelligently, cannot become an efficient leader. The man who can follow a leader most efficiently is usually the man who develops into leadership most rapidly. An intelligent follower has many advantages, among them is the opportunity to acquire expert knowledge from his leader!

The Jokes...
* There was a little trade of harvest in a Catholic church somewhere. People where buying and selling. 3 little boys were selling bread, apples and yam respectively. The one selling bread shouted, "The bilble says, I am the bread of Life, so come and buy my bread." People stated buying his bread. Not long after the second one shouted, "God says, You are the apple of my eye." People also started buying his apples. The third one, not knowing a scripture that talks about yams shouted, " GOD IS I (Y)AM THAT I (Y)AM" You could guess what happened.
* Three old men were talking about how much their hands shook. The first old guy said, "My hands shake so bad, that when I shaved his morning, I cut my face." The second guy handshook him and said, "My hands shake so bad, that when I trimmed my garden yesterday, I sliced all my flowers." The third old man laughed and said, "That's nothing. My hands shake so bad that when I took a piss yesterday, I spermed three times!"
